- Step 2. A Special 'Custom-made' bleaching tray is constructed by skilled dental technicians.
- Step 3. You wear these specially designed and comfortable bleaching trays at home. (for long lasting results patients typically need to wear these trays 'At-Home' for one hour daily for up to two weeks).
Your cosmetic dentist will provide you with full instructions on how to use the trays and how long to wear them. You will also receive ample professional tooth whitening gel to use with your custom-made tooth whitening trays.
