- Step 3. You wear these bleaching trays at home. (for long lasting results patients typically wear these trays 'At-Home' for two hours daily for up to two weeks).
Your cosmetic dentist will provide you with full instructions on how to use the trays and how long to wear them. You will also receive ample professional tooth whitening gel to use with your custom-made tooth whitening trays.
