Dr Jayendra Patel BChD (Hons), MFDS RCS (Eng).
Dr Patel is currently completing his MSc in Oral Surgery and is also about to start his role as a Vocational Tranier for young dentists organised by the Yorkshire Postgraduate Deanery. He graduated from the Leeds Dental Institute in 2004, being one of only six people in his year to be certified an Honorary degree in Bachelor of Dental Surgery.
Jayendra completed his membership examinations at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2006 (MFDS RCS) and is also a member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
His desire to continually improve and develop his skills has allowed him to attend postgraduate courses and conferences in cosmetic, surgical and restorative dentistry, both in the UK and abroad.
He has also completed a year long elective laboratory study, comparing various tooth whitening agents, at the Leeds Dental Institute.
Jayendra has also successfully published research in the prestigious British Dental Journal (BDJ). [Patel J, Fox K, Grieveson B and Youngson C.C. BDJ Sept. 2006 ]
and Dental Update.

- Senior House Officer in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Pinderfields General Hospital, Wakefield.
- Senior House Officer at The University Dental Hospital of Manchester.
Dr Patel received training by various consultants in Sedation, Oral Surgery, Implantology, Restorative and Paediatric dentistry.
