I cannot praise Soumia Djebbar and the Clarendon team highly enough! I have known dental practitioners consistently for well over 30 years and even worked as a dental nurse with a very good dentist, but without question Soumia possesses skills and expertise that exceed anything I’ve known before.

Not only did she demonstrate genuine compassion and understanding when I was extremely nervous about extractions, but her reassurance instilled trust and confidence prior to the procedures and the procedures themselves were executed with swift, painless precision. The nursing assistance was also exemplary; courteous and professional. I have been a patient of Soumia’s now for over 7 years and it’s like meeting a friend, rather than a dentist. Highly HIGHLY recommended.

I have been a patient of Dr Soumia and Clarendon’s for the past four years. I am a very particular type of person and once someone has gained my trust that’s it I’m usually their client or patient for life. 

Dr Soumia completely renovated my smile, the way I felt about my teeth and also educated me on how to really look after my smile after the significant work she completed. 

I look forward to visiting Clarendons and having my dental check ups, the building has recently been renovated to a very high standard offering a premium feel. The reception staff are warm and helpful and Dr Soumia makes the whole experience feel like visiting an old friend.

AT THE CLARENDON SPA DENTAL PRACTICE, LEEDS.

Both my wife and I count ourselves extremely fortunate to continue to receive the professional dental health care from Miriam which has been consistent for the past eight years. The word “consistent” is extremely important to us as it means our teeth have been assessed and looked after up to four times a year during the most unbelievable challenges of the past decade. A world-wide pandemic and the Clarendon Spa dental practice being destroyed by fire.

During Covid, Mariam kept hygienist appointments wearing a respirator which is akin to an astronaut helmet! One can’t thank Mariam and other public health workers enough for risking their lives to make services available and keep us all safe. We can only imagine how uncomfortable it must have been to work wearing such PPE equipment. Then there was the fire temporarily closing her place of work for I think two years. Yet Mariam continued to provide a dental service along with her colleagues from different dental practices around Leeds. Again, imagine the disruption this would cause to your normal routine having to travel to different locations and adapt to new surroundings working alongside new colleagues?

Hello I would very much like to share my experience as Logans Grandmother who brought him along for much needed work in his mouth due to the neglect of his parents in getting Logan to look after his teeth properly. Sometimes this is  not an easy thing to do with a struggling teenager needing dental care! I accept that.

Dr Auld is a lovely, friendly, approachable, softly spoken, caring person who dealt with my 6ft 4inch  16 year old grandson who most of the time just did not want to be there! Dr Auld, spoke to Logan, got him onside, joked with him and offered him options to help him cope with needles and the work to be carried out which took several visits.  Logan took the advice given and amazingly Dr Auld managed to finish Logan’s course of treatments over several months at varied sites as the service had to move to different premises to accommodate their practise.  This must have been challenging, but as a client/patient it was seamless and we were welcomed positively at each place we visited.

The nurses and reception staff were also brilliant. One young receptionist in particular really did go above and beyond in producing a new  toothbrush with paste for my grandson when we arrived!!!

He had made us almost late for our appointment and on checking with him on the way to his appointment in the newly refurbished property, he had not brushed his teeth! I was really upset that Dr Auld would obviously notice this lack of care. I hoped that when we got to reception that toothbrushes and paste might be available to buy but unfortunately not. I explained the predicament with my rebellious  grandson and bless her she asked me to wait a moment and she left the desk returning a few moments later with a little pink toothbrush pre packed and already layered with paste! I was delighted and she even made Logan smile!!

Her name was Bella, she had provided this toothbrush from her own locker! I wrote to let the management know that this standard of customer care was above and beyond excellent customer care as far as I was concerned.

I have worked in Customer Service for Leeds City Council for 33 years, now retired but I am always so thankful when someone will actually go that extra mile for me. Bella and Dr Auld did exactly that for Logan and myself.

This is an excellent dental practise and I have been so thankful that they were willing to take my grandson after he had to move into our care.

My experience with the Clarendon Dental Team was a very good experience.  I was very nervous as I walked in as I hadn't had a tooth out for many years and I was having other health problems so I was concerned. 

The team completely put me at ease with their friendly kind approach and asked many questions before proceeding. 

They also gave me a rundown on what was going to be done and also the aftercare was excellent. 

The dentist, his assistant and the staff who booked me in were all very professional and friendly.  The surgery was very clean and unimposing and the staff created a very easy going, pleasant atmosphere which served to put me at ease very quickly. 

In all they turned what would normally be an unpleasant operation into a quick and efficient service which was over in minutes and a great relief afterwards.  I can't rate Clarendon dental care highly enough.

Clarendon Dental Spa is a wonderful practice with staff on all levels work hard to care for you .

It was an absolutely pleasure to see Clarenden’s  reopen looking and feeling fabulous. 

My dentist was so kind and patient with me , I feel so lucky to be under her care. I’m very happy with my treatment so far and look forward to my next appointment.

I needed to have an extraction and was really worried about it. Both the dental nurse and the surgeon were friendly, reassuring and supportive throughout my procedure.

Hi,

My whole family attends Clarendon Dental Spa and I feel it appropriate to write a few words. 

The professionalism really is to be applauded. From the girls on reception through to our dentist and nurses. 

Aisha Al-Salam is a pleasure to deal with, professional polite extremely knowledgable and helpful and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. She makes sure you understand each procedure all the aftercare and any preventative treatment you need to follow. We feel in safe hands. My children also love her. She makes what is a daunting experience for many such a relaxing experience. They feel comfortable and at ease. Thank-you. It always helps when the premises is so immaculate so hats of to the nurses and back room staff. If you are fed up with your normal dentist I cannot recommend this business
